Pumpkin pancakes

A photo of healthy pumpkin pancakes, topped with banana's and blueberries. The recipe is by That Healthy Kitchen

If you sometimes have problems with getting enough veggies in on a day – like me – these pumpkin pancakes may be a great addition to your diet. They are rich in nutrients and super yummy! Plus they have a beautiful and completely natural orange colour. I love topping them with a little dollop of coconut yoghurt and some cinnamon or some banana coins and blueberries.
