These babies are soooo good! Amazing taste, naturally high in protein and chock full of potassium, magnesium and manganese, plus they are extremely easy to make, just mix everything together in a bowl, pop them in the oven for a couple minutes and you are done. I love making these at the start of the week to take with me during long uni days or to eat as a post-workout snack.
Banana peanut butter cookies

Serves: 6 cookies
Ingredients
50 gram oats
1 medium sized banana, mashed
50 gram non-processed peanut butter
dash of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
2. Mix the oats, mashed banana, peanut butter and cinnamon together in a big bowl, which will form a sticky dough.
3. From the dough, form 6 cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly browned.
