Review: Zeeuws Bakboek van Judith den Boer

Het “Zeeuws Bakboek” is echt een feestje, zowel voor je ogen als voor je smaakpapillen. Het boek ziet er fantastisch uit, met geweldige foto’s waardoor je meteen zin hebt om naar Zeeland te gaan en elk recept uit te proberen – of misschien ben ik dat alleen haha. Het boek staat vol met mooie Zeeuwse recepten, van bekende klassiekers zoals bolussen en boterbabbelaars tot moderne en (voor mij) onbekende recepten zoals palingbroodjes en boterbabbelaar macarons.

My Marley Spoon experience
