250 gram vegan quark alternative (soy-based)
one small banana
150 gram fresh spinach
15 ice cubes
Instructions
First zest the lime, and then juice it. Add both the zest and juice to your blender, together with the quark alternative, banana, spinach and ice cubes and blend until smooth
